About Dr Haider and his approachPrivate pain assessment
The consultation considers your symptoms, previous treatment, relevant imaging, medicines and priorities. A scan finding is interpreted in clinical context rather than treated as an automatic explanation for pain.
The outcome may be rehabilitation or medicines advice, further investigation, another specialist route, a selected procedure—or a decision that no procedure is likely to add enough benefit.
What to expect from a consultationBring an up-to-date medication list and any relevant scan reports, clinic letters or referral information you already have.
Assessment does not mean that an injection or radiofrequency procedure will automatically be recommended.

Where a procedure is clinically appropriate, it is arranged through Oaks Hospital. These guides explain how selected conditions and procedures are assessed; they do not replace an individual consultation.
